U-Dosh Exchange, Replacement & Claims Policy

At U-Dosh, customer satisfaction is at the core of our values. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured exchange and claims process as outlined below.

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our official website: www.udoshnaturals.com. Items purchased through third-party retailers or physical stores are not eligible under this policy.


Exchange & Replacement Policy

U-Dosh offers product exchanges or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Damage: Exchanges are only applicable for products received in a damaged condition. Used products are not eligible for replacement.
  • Verification: All requests are subject to evaluation and approval by our Quality Assurance (QA) team.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • If the correct item was delivered, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
    • In cases of incorrect or damaged deliveries, U-Dosh will cover the return shipping.
  • Exchange Process Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for your exchange request to be processed.
  • Out of Stock Items:
    • Customers may choose to wait for restock, or
    • Opt for an online store credit if agreed upon.

Please note: U-Dosh reserves the right to decline exchange or replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.


Claims Policy

Customers may submit a claim under the following guidelines:

  • Submission Window: Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Scope:
    • Claims are only applicable to products purchased via www.udosh.com.
    • Products purchased from physical retail outlets or third-party stores are not eligible.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for sending the item back to U-Dosh for inspection.
  • Evaluation Period: All claims are subject to review by our QA team and will be addressed within 7 business days.
  • Exclusions:
    • Items previously exchanged or replaced are not eligible for further claims.
    • Products damaged through customer misuse will not be accepted.
    • Items returned without a valid receipt or outside the claim window will not be processed.
    • Claims involving products with tampered or missing serial numbers will be rejected.
    • Items purchased during promotional sales or discounts are not eligible for exchange or replacement, unless received in damaged condition.

Online Store Credit

In certain situations, U-Dosh may issue online store credit in lieu of an exchange or refund. These include:

  • Approval of a legitimate claim.
  • When an exchange product is out of stock.
  • If a prepaid order is not delivered to the customer.
  • If a prepaid order is refused upon delivery and a refund is requested.
